Nationally renowned writer & social critic James Howard Kunstler has written several non-fiction books focusing on urbanism, including The Geography of Nowhere, The City in Mind, and The Long Emergency. Mr. Kunstler has also written several fictional novels including World Made By Hand, A History of the Future, and the forthcoming The Harrows of Spring.

He has been a regular contributor to the New York Times Sunday Magazine and Op-Ed page and was a staff writer for Rolling Stone Magazine. In 2004 he delivered his seminal TED talk, "The Ghastly Tragedy of the Suburbs." Mr. Kunstler will also be speaking in Windsor, Ontario on June 9 for the Congress for the New Urbanism.
