Chris is responsible for identifying strategic investment opportunities that will drive high impact outcomes for Rock Ventures and Quicken Loans and communities where they invest. Prior to joining Rock Ventures in April 2016, Uhl spent four years as Vice President of Social Innovation at The Skillman Foundation, launched and served as Executive Director of the Detroit Children’s Fund, served on the board of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan, and has also been involved in a number of community projects including Hatch Detroit, Kiva Detroit, Cody High School Champions Council and the Green Garage Business Greenhouse.
