Join us in the parlor with Khalilah Burt Gaston, program officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where she leads the execution of the foundation's early childhood development strategies in Detroit to increase health, educational and economic outcomes for the city's youngest children. A passionate advocate for inclusive cities, Burt Gaston has worked with a number of public, private and community-based organizations throughout Michigan. Her work has been featured in Next City, Dwell Magazine, The New York Times, Huffington Post, Chicago Public Radio, and the Harvard Family Research Project.
