Join us in the parlor with Detroit City Council Member Raquel Castañeda-López for District 6. Castañeda-López made history by becoming the first Latina elected to Detroit City Council in November 2013. A lifelong Detroiter who grew up in Southwest Detroit, she has also represented Detroit internationally, and is an alumna of the German Marshall Fund's Transatlantic Inclusion Leadership training program.
