SO I BOOK MY OWN FLIGHT & HOTEL?
Yes! You choose the arrival/departure times & rates that work best for you.
We'll be checking in at Le Meridien on Thursday, July 19, 3pm and checking out Saturday, July 21, 12pm.
Our first scheduled meetup will be Thursday, July 19, 5pm.
You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer!
CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
Yes! Partners, friends & children most welcome.
If they plan to participate in group activities, please register them individually so we can get an accurate count.
HOW WILL WE GET AROUND THE CITY?
For group site visits, we will plan coordinated ride-sharing between destinations.
Guest will be responsible for their own airport transport.
WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MY OWN THING?
You're welcome to branch off to schedule your own meetups or activities!
We will share times for group site visits so you can plan around.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
The $100 registration fee is non-refundable.
All other individual travel expenses (flight & hotel) you will be responsible for canceling or rescheduling if your plans change.
